Founder of Estúdio da Alma, where she dedicates herself to the dissemination and adoption of Mindfulness and Emotional Intelligence in companies and to the general public. 
National coordinator of the International Society of Emotional Intelligence and guest professor in different organizations, namely the Porto Executive Academy and APGEI. 
Florbela holds a Degree in Systems Engineering and Informatics from the University of Minho and an Executive MBA from Porto Business School. For sixteen years she worked in consulting, namely in the implementation of information systems in Logistics and Supply Chain in Retail, twelve of which with international experience.
