With extensive experience in coaching, training and in the management and development of teams, Filipa David began her professional career in Hospitality. Since January 2022, she is Director of Human Resources & Happiness at the Monchique Water Society. Graduated in Human Resources Management, she holds a degree in Hotel Management and an Executive Masters in Hotel Management by Católica Porto Business School, International Certification in NLP, Certification in the Points Of You methodology, International Certification in Coaching and also holds an international certification in Clinical, Transpersonal and Regressive Hypnosis.
