Esther Liska combines her professional experience of more than 20 years with her know-how in the search to develop the feminine potential in entrepreneurship and conscious leadership within organizations. Creator of WEL - Womens Executive Leadership, a high-impact immersion program for women leaders, and the Digital Bootcamp: Glow With Confidence, an online transformation program for women entrepreneurs that originated the book "Shine with Confidence".
She is facilitator of EMPOWER: Women's Advance Leadership Program at Amity University Dubai.
Esther has collaborated with companies such as EDP, PT Telecom and PwC Portugal. And also the University of Coimbra. She has participated as a speaker in several seminars in national and international events, namely, Women in E-Commerce (USA), Seagram Distillers (UK), Women's International Network (Rome and Oslo), PBEX (Brazil) and AWE Summit (Porto), as well as in several City Councils and public entities.
Co-author of the book "Female Entrepreneurship: Protagonists in Action" published by EdiPUCRS, Brazil. She writes articles on blogs and in some media publications.
